I specialise in Turkish and Mediterranean food as well as French and Asian (Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese/Cambodgienne). My dishes (may) have influences from across cultures, be it the ingredients or the cooking method. I can cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free diets and can alter ingredients to suit dietary requirements of clients.
